The classic electric-powered Mini is no longer a huge surprise, but British company Swindon Powertrain has decided to go one step further and offers a do-it-yourself kit.

The classic look that is a relic of the combustion era does not preclude environmental friendliness. The ready-to-install package from the company based in Swindon is sure to appeal to many lovers of classic English cars

The engine supplied by the British company delivers 107 horsepower – which makes fitting an electric motor also a performance tuning. Pleasant and useful.

The kit includes a 12 kWh battery pack, controller with speed sensor, cooling system, and charger with inverter.
